The Partnership Manager (m/f/d) is part of our sales team which consists of passionate experts from the industry and software companies like SAP and Salesforce. We follow an account-based sales approach and build long-term customer relationships based on mutual trust. The same principle applies to our partnerships with various companies (e.g. FinTech and insurance companies) and institutions.

In this role, you will directly report to our CSO Robin. Together with him, you will develop new ideas for international partnerships to open up new ways of revenue generation. You will also communicate a lot with our customers to understand what new services they want and collaborate with our product team to find ways to realise them.  
Within the next years, we want to intensify these efforts to expand our international business even further. Therefore we are looking for a Partnership Manager (m/f/d) who wants to strengthen our team and grow with us.
Your mission
  • You are the link between partners, customers and our internal team
  • You scope out new partnerships to enrich service offers for our customers or build additional streams of revenue and improve existing partnerships
  • You manage existing partnerships most prominently with the London Metals Exchange (LME) and embedded fin-tech provider
  • You are spearheading internal and external partnership-related projects 
  • You will closely align with our CSO, CPO and Head of Marketing to build out the Partnership Team 
  • You promote and present Metalshub in an international environment
Your skillset
  • You have first experience in partnership management or in a customer-facing role (e.g. sales, customer success) in a B2B software company
  • You are able to build and maintain long-lasting relationships 
  • You have project management experience to drive a growing number of customer/partner projects with the ability to meet deadlines
  • You have a strong business sense and understanding of financial topics 
  • You plan & think solution-oriented and have the ability to build deep industry knowledge
  • You have excellent and proactive communication skills in English to build trust and drive engagement
