Your skillset
What makes you the one
- You’re a generalist with a T-shaped spike in CRM, data, automation and structure
- You have 2+ years of B2B marketing experience in a startup (all stages) or an agency
- You know your way around HubSpot – beyond just using it. You build automations, set up workflows, and make the system work for marketing, not the other way around
- You’re analytical, curious, and love turning insight into action
- You're precise but fast, and yes – you keep your calendar and tasks structured
- Thinks like a generalist but goes deep in CRM, marketing ops, and analytics
How success looks like:
- Our CRM and marketing automation are running smoothly, with clean data, clear reporting, and smart workflows in HubSpot
- We’re running integrated campaigns across channels (email, LinkedIn, events), consistently generating qualified leads
- Together with Samir, you’re constantly fine-tuning and optimising our inbound strategy to attract quality leads
- GTM efforts are aligned across Marketing, Sales, and Product — with shared insights, feedback loops, and a smooth customer journey from first touch to close
