Your mission
  • Drive innovation and engagement through technology in our customer’s organisations
  • Independently manage the customer onboarding processes: Lead the implementation of scalable onboarding processes & build relationships with key decision makers and influencers in our rapidly growing customer base
  • Continuously engage with decision makers in the organisations of our customers helping them with their digital transformation
  • Coordinate implementation projects of new features for customers
  • Actively shape the growth traction of Metalshub: Develop customer success stories with our sales and marketing team through case studies, joint publications, testimonials, referrals with our existing customer base
Your skillset
  • You bring 4+ years of work experience in driving outcomes in a fast-paced environment, like management consulting, project management or a start-up environment
  • ‘Customer first’ mindset - a deeply rooted passion to understand our customers’ needs and help them achieve their goals
  • Excellent and proactive communication skills in English language to build trust, drive engagement and communicate decisions based on data
  • Confidence and skillset to engage with decision makers and executives
  • Project management experience to drive a growing number of customer projects with the ability to meet deadlines
