Your mission

Drive innovation and engagement through technology in our customer’s organisations
Independently manage the customer onboarding processes: Lead the implementation of scalable onboarding processes & build relationships with key decision makers and influencers in our rapidly growing customer base
Continuously engage with decision makers in the organisations of our customers helping them with their digital transformation
Coordinate implementation projects of new features for customers
Actively shape the growth traction of Metalshub: Develop customer success stories with our sales and marketing team through case studies, joint publications, testimonials, referrals with our existing customer base

Your skillset

You bring 4+ years of work experience in driving outcomes in a fast-paced environment, like management consulting, project management or a start-up environment
‘Customer first’ mindset - a deeply rooted passion to understand our customers’ needs and help them achieve their goals
Excellent and proactive communication skills in English language to build trust, drive engagement and communicate decisions based on data
Confidence and skillset to engage with decision makers and executives
Project management experience to drive a growing number of customer projects with the ability to meet deadlines
